Delete your Tienda Carpfishing app account and data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing incidencias@tiendacarpfishing.es with the subject “App account deletion request”.

Information to provide

Provide the email address used for your Tienda Carpfishing account. We may request reasonable proof of identity, but never your password, bank details or card numbers.

What we will delete

After verification, we will delete the device association, notification token, customer link, usage events and other app data associated with the account. If you also request deletion of your Shopify customer account, we will include it in the process.

Data that may be retained

Certain order, invoicing, fraud-prevention or claims information may be retained for legally required periods. We will explain what must be retained and why.

Disable notifications only

If you only want to stop notifications, disable them in Android settings without deleting your account.
